How do I register for the week?
For dancing you transfer 500 Skr per person to swedish postgiro 484 55
19-0, receiver SHSD, the rest of the dancing fee you pay on arrivel. Registration
via e-mail is not enough it´s when the money is on the account that you can be
sure you are registered.
Cancellation rules?
Kilsbergen Konferens and Lodge have the rule that when you book accomodation
you have to prepay 500 Skr and if you cancel 4 weeks before you get that back.
The 50% registration fee regarding dancing you get back if you have a medical
certificate or similar.
Do we need to make reservations for room or camping now?
Regardless of what kind of accomodation you´re thinking of we suggest
that you get in contact with Kilsbergen Konferens & Lodge to check. We have
heard that the cabins are getting more booked then the camping because the

Is it possible to get vegetarian food?
Yes there are vegetarian alternatives but let Kilsbergen Konferens and Lodge
know what you want so they can be prepared.
When is lunch and dinner?
Lunch 11.30 and dinner 16.30
How about internet?
There is a wireless internet connection within
the living area.
How close is the nearest grocery store?
There is a store with food and other neccesary
stuff in Gaprhyttan to that it´s 4 km (by the way Jack grow up
there).
